This policy applies to all in-app purchases on iibf.store including the coin store, unlimited-access packs, and any promotional or premium offers we may run.
1. Digital Goods — No Default Refund
The Services consist of instantly-delivered digital goods — coins are credited and content is unlocked the moment your payment is captured. Because these goods cannot be "returned", we do not offer refunds once the wallet is credited, the unlock window opens, or the resource is accessed.
2. Exceptions Where We Will Refund
We will issue a full refund (to the original payment method) in the following situations:
- Duplicate charge — the same transaction was billed more than once.
- Failed delivery — payment was captured by Razorpay but the coins/access were not credited to your account within 24 hours and our support cannot manually credit them.
- Unauthorised charge — confirmed by your bank's chargeback process, supported by an FIR/police report or a written declaration where required.
- Technical malfunction attributable to us that prevents you from accessing the entire purchased item (not partial access).
3. How To Request
Email aashishjain.se@gmail.com within 7 days of the disputed transaction with:
- Razorpay payment ID (begins with
pay_) — found in your receipt email. - Date and amount.
- Registered mobile number and email.
- Reason and any screenshots.
Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval. Bank reversal usually takes another 3–5 days depending on your card / UPI provider.
4. Cancellation
Coin packs are one-time purchases — there is nothing to "cancel". Unlimited-access subscriptions, if offered in future, will be cancellable from the account page; the active window will continue until its expiry, after which no further deductions will be made. Already-spent coins are not refundable.
5. Promotional Coins
Coins credited via signup bonuses, referrals, spin-wheel grants, or admin gifts are promotional and non-refundable. They expire as specified in the offer's terms.
6. Chargebacks
Please reach out to us first — most issues are resolved within a day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension while we investigate and may delay a legitimate refund.
