Welcome to iibf.store ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Learning Sessions. These Terms govern your use of our website, mobile app and any classes, mock tests, PDFs, one-liners, matching games, coin store, and related digital products (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or paying for any feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian's consent.
• You must provide accurate, current registration details (name, mobile, email).
• Each account is personal — sharing credentials is not permitted.

2. Services

iibf.store provides preparation material for the JAIIB, CAIIB and IIBF certification examinations. Content is supplementary and not affiliated with the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF). We do not guarantee any specific examination outcome.

3. Coins, Purchases & Payments

• "Coins" are an in-app virtual currency used to unlock specific resources. Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are credited only to the purchasing account.
• All purchases are processed through Razorpay (or successor PSPs). We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Successful payments credit your wallet within a few minutes; in rare cases, please allow up to 24 hours before raising a support ticket.

4. Refunds & Cancellation

Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By making a payment you acknowledge that you have read and accept that policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Re-distribute, mirror, scrape, screen-record or sell any of our content.
• Reverse-engineer, abuse coin-grant exploits, or circumvent access gates.
• Post spam, hate speech, or any unlawful content in chat or feedback.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund of any unused coins or active windows attributable to the breach.

6. Intellectual Property

All study material, videos, question banks, one-liners, games and code on iibf.store are the intellectual property of Learning Sessions or its licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services for your personal study only.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep facts accurate and up-to-date with RBI and IIBF announcements, but content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal or career advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learning Sessions's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by writing to aashishjain.se@gmail.com. We may terminate or suspend access if these Terms or our policies are breached, or as required by law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://iibf.store/terms with an "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
