iibf.store sells nothing that ships in a box. Every purchase is a digital good — coins, classes, tests, PDFs — delivered to your account within seconds of payment. This policy explains how that delivery works and what to do if it doesn't.
1. Digital Delivery Only
iibf.store sells digital goods only — coins, exam-prep content, mock tests, classes and PDFs. We do not ship any physical product, and no courier, postal or in-person delivery is involved.
2. Delivery Timeline
All purchases are delivered instantly. Within seconds of Razorpay confirming the payment:
- Coins are credited to your in-app wallet at https://iibf.store/me/coins.
- Unlocked resources (tests, PDFs, classes, one-liners) become available on the relevant chapter / class page.
- A receipt is emailed to your registered email address.
3. If Delivery Fails
If your wallet is not credited within 24 hours of payment, please write to aashishjain.se@gmail.com with the Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_). We will reconcile and either credit the coins or refund the transaction in line with our Refund Policy.
4. Country of Service
iibf.store is operated from India and serves users worldwide. Pricing is in INR and inclusive of GST where applicable.
