JAIIB (Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) is a professional banking certification conducted by IIBF. It builds core banking fundamentals and is the first step to higher increments and a strong base for CAIIB.

JAIIB has four papers — IE&IFS (Indian Economy & Indian Financial System), PPB (Principles & Practices of Banking), AFM (Accounting & Financial Management for Bankers) and RBWM (Retail Banking & Wealth Management).
