Registration fees

First Attempt: ₹5,000 + GST
Subsequent Attempts: ₹1,300 + GST per attempt
Late registration surcharge (Sep–Dec cycle):
- 1st–7th September 2026: Normal fee; 8th–14th September: +₹100; 15th–21st September: +₹200

Eligibility

Candidates must have JAIIB certification and be an IIBF member
Candidates must be a member of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF), have passed the JAIIB (Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) exam, and be employed with an authorized banking organization
Attempts need not be consecutive; candidates can choose any exam cycle within a 3-year period or 5 attempts, whichever comes first; if unable to qualify within three years or exhausting all five attempts, re-enrollment is required

Exam pattern

4 compulsory papers and 1 elective paper; each paper carries 100 marks and 100 questions; format is MCQ type; duration of each paper is 2 hours; there is no negative marking

The CAIIB Application Form will be submitted through online mode at the official website of IIBF, http://www.iibf.org.in; candidates can follow simple steps to submit their application form
Visit the official website of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) at http://www.iibf.org.in; on the homepage search for "Examination / Flagship Courses" and click on Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB); create an account on the IIBF portal or login with membership number and password
IIBF mails CAIIB exam admit card to all eligible candidates on their registered email id, 10 days before the examination

Admit card & results

The CAIIB Admit Card for the June 2026 cycle will be available roughly 10 to 15 days before the exam; download it from the official IIBF website once the link goes live; your exam centre, shift timing, and paper-wise schedule will all be in the admit card
CAIIB 2026 result will be announced by IIBF after successful completion of the examination process on its official website; candidates can download their mark sheet from the IIBF website by entering their membership number and password; a digitally signed certificate will be sent to candidates by mail after 3 weeks of the result announcement
